What We Do
NDVF acts as a central reference and resource point for organisations in the City and County of Nottinghamshire and works closely with Women’s Aid and other key organisations.
NDVF develops resources and good practice guides (information cards, leaflets, service directory, posters and website) available for public and agency use.
NDVF works preventatively with children and young people in schools and in young people settings.
NDVF provides a minimum of three informative, themed seminars every year to update agencies on key aspects of legislation and agency practice.
NDVF provides affordable or free domestic violence training to agencies.
NDVF projects work specifically on specialist aspects of domestic violence.
