Returns Policy
What can I return?
NDVF are unable to accept returns unless the items have been damaged in transit. You are responsible for returning the damaged items within 30 days and then the order will be reissued to you. The replaced items will be sent out within 7 working days of us receiving the damaged items. If you require a refund, this will be processed within working 7 days of the date when we received and processed your return.
