Findings of the Forced Marriage IDVA Support Pilot

Ministry of Justice report into the findings of the recent Forced Marriage IDVA Support Pilot which sought to review the role that IDVAs (Independent Domestic Violence Advocates) play in working with applicants for Forced Marriage Protection Orders (FMPOs) and whether or not they should be designated as a Relvant Third Party (RTP) and therefore able to apply for an FMPO without the leave of the court.
