It is a Freephone number and will not show up on your phone bill if you ring from a landline. If you ring from a mobile phone it may show up on your bill, you will need to check with your mobile phone network provider to check to see if this is the case.
If you ring and no-one can take your call immediately try again – the lines are sometimes busy but there is always someone there.
It is connected to language line which allows translation in over 100 languages.
