Consultation
Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking the views of all stakeholders on how the County
Council should commission domestic violence services across the County in the future.
Please see the attached Nottinghamshire County Council Domestic Violence Services Joint
Commissioning Consultation 2011 document which outlines the background to this
consultation and the options under consideration. Also attached is the Equality Impact
Assessment designed to demonstrate how the changes to commissioning affect the Public
Sector Equality Duty as outlined in legislation.
You are asked to fully consider both documents in providing your response
You are invited to respond to the consultation online at
nottinghamshire.gov.uk/dvsurvey. Alternatively please use the questionnaire
provided.
If you use the questionnaire, please send your written response to Yvette Armstrong,

how they would impact on future services for victims of domestic violence. One meeting will
be for partner agencies, including providers, and another for service users.
