Census 2011 - information for refuge accommodation providers
Women's Aid have given some guidance for refuges and survivors who have questions and concerns about filling in the Census:
- As you will be aware the Census is taking place on 27th March this year. Many of you have questions about filling in the sections regarding previous addresses for residents in a refuge. Women's Aid has contacted the Office of National Statistics, which has advised that any residents leave blank the question about previous addresses. They have also advised residents leave blank Question 5 about an alternative address that they may stay at, or to say that it is the same as the one on the front of the form. Provided most of the obligatory questions on the form are completed, no-one will follow up on this information.
