24 Hour Domestic Violence Help-line

The report 'Behind Closed Doors' looks at the impact of domestic violence on children as a global problem.  It estimates that as many as 250 million children worldwide are exposed to violence in the home.  The report requests that policymakers on a government level need to:

Raise awareness of the impact of domestic violence on children

Create public policies and laws that protect children

Enhance social services that address the impact of violence in the home on children
