If you are reading this page you may be taking the steps towards recognising that there is something wrong with your relationship.

  • Are you scared?
  • Have you been threatened or hit?
  • Do you feel alone and unheard in your relationship?
  • Are you forced to do things you don’t want to or like?
  • Are you put down and criticised?
  • Do you find it difficult for your opinion to be taken seriously or are you afraid of giving your opinion to your partner?
  • Is your partner jealous and possesive of you, controlling where you go and who with?
