If you are visiting these pages it is possible that you are not happy with what is going on at home between your parents or carers or maybe you just want more information on domestic violence and abuse.  On these pages are links to sites that will be able to give you lots of information about what is going on.  

Things to remember are:

You are not to blame for what is happening at home

Keep safe - don't try to stop violence if it is happening

Know how to ring the police/ an ambulance or family member if you are really scared or frightened
